This place is by far the most professional and understanding group of folks I have ever rented from. Most landlords/management companies have typical behavior that isn’t necessarily pro tenant, however I have witnessed firsthand how the folks here (especially Jordan) do put the tenants first. Very highly recommend them if you are renting in the Springfield area.
Had a issue with garage door popping really bad when opening and closing, maintenance guy Doyle was prompt in coming over and checked it out to see if issue could be fixed by himself, he wasn’t able to fix issue and since door was still under warranty he was going to contact garage door people to repair, appreciate his promptness
